Hope and Health Returns to Nanaimo August 20th

Kw’umut Lelum is very proud to be one of the primary sponsors of the 7th Annual Hope and Health event, a soccer-based movement that engages Indigenous youth and children to improve long-term health and life outcomes.

The Vancouver Whitecaps will be headed to Merle Logan Field in Nanaimo on August 20th to help deliver a full day drills and skills soccer boot camp for aboriginal children and youth ages 5-18. But this day is about more than sport; it’s about building resiliency, self-confidence and community relationships that are so important to developing a positive sense of self.

Any child from one of our nine Member Nations can be registered through Kw’umut Lelum. Simply fill out the registration form here and send it to our office:

Fax: 250.591.0935

If your child does not belong to one of our Nations, they can still attend, but need to register here.
