48 jars of salmon were filleted, jarred and sealed


On Saturday, September 12, a group of 35 joined together at the Snuneymuxw Big House Kitchen. With the help of Paul and Angie Wyse-Seward, 48 jars of salmon were filleted, jarred and sealed. Many of the youth’s favourite activity on the day was being a part of the assembly line filling the jars with the salmon that had been caught in the Qualicum River and donated by friends of Kwumut Lelum.
